New paddlers must complete the following prior to first paddle. This helps us identify any medical conditions that we should be aware of in order for us to best protect you. Having any of the conditions below will not necessarily exclude you from paddling, but allows the coaches to tailor a session for any physical limitations and allows coaches and/or helms to help you if you become unwell while paddling.
